LATTERIA STANGA - mild cow's milk cheese

'Cheese produced according to the traditional recipe with pasteurized cow's milk; the paste is yellow in colour with rade and regular eyes. Sweet, with a good balance of acidity and flavour; once cooked, it forms a crispy and tasty crust. Maturating at least 4 weeks it is excellent alone or grilled, cut into bigger slices, served with polenta and porcini mushrooms
