FONTAL CHEESE

Fontal is a semi-soft cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk with a partially cooked curd. It shares the same structural characteristics as Fontal Pearl but has a sweeter, milder flavor. The rind is smooth and orange in color, while the interior paste is supple and elastic. Appreciated for its delicate taste, Fontal is widely used in cooking—perfect for melting, slicing, or enriching a variety of dishes.
