Cooked Ham: 1–2 mm
Speck: 1–2 mm
Culatello: 1–2 mm
Culaccia: 1–2 mm

THICKER SLICES (2–4 MM):

Coppa: 2–3 mm
Pancetta: 2–3 mm
Capocollo: 2–3 mm
Soppressata: 2–3 mm
