Our 24-month Riserva aged Prosciutto Crudo DOP is a true gem of Italian culinary tradition. With centuries of history and artisanal craftsmanship behind it, this product represents the excellence of simplicity, taste, and authenticity.

Made with just pork leg and sea salt, this prosciutto contains no preservatives or additives. It is aged for at least 24 months in a small, designated area of Emilia-Romagna, where the unique microclimate plays a vital role in the curing process.

As sea breezes travel inland and pass through mountain valleys, they absorb the scents of chestnut forests, helping to create the ham’s signature sweet, delicate, and perfectly balanced flavor.

At our shop, we offer only Prosciutto Crudo Riserva aged for a minimum of 24 months, ensuring a deeper, more refined taste experience.

🔪 Slicing Standards – Cold Cuts

To ensure the best possible tasting experience, we apply precise slicing thickness standards for each product:

Thin slices (1–2 mm):

• Bresaola: 1 mm

• Prosciutto Crudo: 1 mm

• Salame Milano: 1–1.5 mm

• Salame Napoli: 2 mm

• Mortadella: 1–2 mm

• Prague Ham: 1–2 mm

• Cooked Ham: 1–2 mm

• Speck: 1–2 mm

• Culatello: 1–2 mm

• Culaccia: 1–2 mm

Thicker slices (2–4 mm):

• Coppa: 2–3 mm

• Pancetta: 2–3 mm

• Capocollo: 2–3 mm

• Soppressata: 2–3 mm

• Porchetta: 2–3 mm
