POLLA - Trofie chestnut - dry pasta 500g

Made for us by a Ligurian artisan, drawn by hand, they are different from industrially produced pasta and are comparable with fresh products, with the advantage of having a long shelf life.

The ‘Artisanal Pasta’ is drawn by hand and it’s comparable to the fresh pasta but with the advantage of a long shelflife. No variant contains egg.

Available in different formats, typical of Ligurian cuisine: trofie, trenette, and scucuzzun. The trofie range includes also a version ‘with chestnuts,’ ‘with lemon’ and with ‘triple flavor’ (tomato, spinach and red chard).
