Dense, compact, and delicate, with chopped fruit, it's excellent spread on chestnut pancakes, crepes, or simply on a slice of toasted whole-wheat bread. It's best paired with aged cheeses or fresh ricotta for a wholesome and complete snack.

Ingredients: figs, cane sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid.
