'A stretched-curd cheese made out of raw cow's milk in the Apennine mountains in the Southern Italy (Avellino-Campania). It is shaped as a teardrop and somehow similar in taste to aged provolone cheese. Aged only 60 days, it has a sweet taste with a pleasant honey aroma.
