DRAGO - TUNA CREAM WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES - 180g

DRAGO tuna and dried tomato cream represents one of the many examples of our products in which the gastronomic excellences of Sicily are combined.

The tuna steaks are cooked and cleaned, then blended with dried tomatoes, olive oil and a pinch of salt until a homogeneous cream is obtained.

Wonderful as an appetizer, to spread on bruschetta or bread. Also excellent as a condiment for first courses. DRAGO tuna and dried tomato cream has no added starch and is therefore free from gluten sources.
After opening, store in the refrigerator if necessary adding a drizzle of oil.
