Cream of Balsamic was developed in response to customers looking for a dense, sweetish product without the price tag of an aged balsamic. Knowing the difference and how to use Cream of Balsamic is all important. Our well-tried know-how has produced this dense, sweet balsamic. Since it’s only long ageing in wooden casks that gives balsamic vinegar its density and dark colour, Cream of Balsamic contains modified maize starch and sugar. Like all our other products, no colorants have been added.
