The dried tomatoes are finely chopped together with Taggiache olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers and garlic. The result is a soft, easily spreadable cream.

This Bruschetta sauce is perfect to prepare sandwiches and bruschette, but it is also very good for seasoning pasta or accompanying meat dishes.
