JAM APRICOT PRUNOTTO - 345g

The Mariangela Prunotto farm selects the best apricots picked when ripe and processed a few hours after collection to make this extra jam. 130 grams of fresh apricots are used to make 100 grams of the finished product. The apricots are cooked with the sole addition of cane sugar, in order to obtain this all-natural jam that respects the ancient tradition of Piedmont.
Delicious at breakfast on toasted bread, by itself or with a bit of good butter, or it can also be used to make fruit tarts or a delicious sacher cake.
