The Orecchiette of Armando wheat is made using only two ingredients, 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and water, with a traditional Italian method.
This pasta holds sauces perfectly, and is perfect in its typical Puglia version, when combined with turnip tops.

The factory is situated in Campania, at the foot of the Appennine Mountains near places where the largest fields of durum wheat can be found: Irpinia, Apulia and Basilicata. Havig a mill on their premises allows to have total control over the raw material and so the quality of the product.
