IL TINELLO - BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA IGP RED LABEL BOXED
Balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI branded under "Il Tinello" line is an artisanal product that comes from the skilful ageing process of a traditional mixture composed of grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The ageing takes place in oak barrels.
The red label is suitable for exclusive recipes: on vegetables, strawberries, ice cream or parmesan cheese. We recommend you not to cook it. Its rich taste, which marries perfectly sweet and sour flavours, comes from a slow ageing in oak barrels and makes the red label product the most precious within the range.
