FRANTOIO BIANCO - BRUSCHETTA SAUCE WITH LIGURIAN'S DRIED TOMATOES AND TAGGIASCA OLIVES
The unmistakable flavor of slowly dried tomatoes under the summer sun comes back to life all year round thanks to this sublime cream of dried tomatoes and Taggiasca olives. The dried tomatoes are finely chopped together with Taggiache olives, extra virgin olive oil, capers and garlic. The result is a soft, easily spreadable cream.
This Bruschetta sauce is perfect to prepare sandwiches and bruschette, but it is also very good for seasoning pasta or accompanying meat dishes.
Ingredients: Sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, Taggiasca olives, capers, garlic, oregano and salt.
