SCYAVURU - SCIACCA AND RIBERA SICILIAN WILD STRAWBERRY JAM
Sciacca and Ribera wild strawberry is a Slow Food presidium has the typically sweet flavour of the strawberry but also a slight citric note. The brilliant red-mauvish characterizes it as well as its creamy and harmonious texture fruit of a production handed down through generations.
Excellent with buffalo mozzarella, herb cheese, goat cheese and provolone cheese. Ideal also for a rich and energizing breakfast but also to complete the preparation of cake and cookies.
Ingredients: Sciacca and Ribera berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice
