It is in Modica, a baroque city characterized by glimpses and ancient alleys, that our company has transformed one of the tastiest Sicilian confectionery traditions, the Modica Chocolate IGP, into an organic delicacy with spicy notes and a grainy texture typical of cold processing that it allows only the cocoa butter, and not the sugar, to reach the melting point. A combination of ancient recipes and innovative techniques that make our bars refined but above all genuine as they are made with organic raw materials of the highest quality.
