BRESAOLA PUNTA D'ANCA IGT - 100g

Bresaola IGT is a lean dried salted beef from the Valtellina, a long Alpine valley in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy. It is made from beef meat and typically cut very thin. Can be served as an antipasto or as cold main dish, best with rocket salad, a drip of lemon and extra-virgin olive oil.
