Our Tinello White Condiment is a sweet-and-sour flavoured condiment made with white grape juice and wine vinegar. The grape juice is not cooked but concentrated mechanically to eliminate water and keep its original transparent white colour. The addition of wine vinegar creates a perfect sweet-and-sour blend, a delicate, subtly assertive mix that also ensures product conservation. In fact, as the product of craft techniques, the colour may vary slightly from one batch to another.
