FLAVORED CONDIMENT BASED ON BALSAMIC VINEGAR WITH WHITE TRUFFLE SPRAY 100ml is an artisanal product that comes from the skilful ageing process of a traditional mixture composed of grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. The ageing takes place in oak barrels. 

The Balsamic Truffle pairs well with meat, fish and vegetables. We recommend you to add it at the last minute of cooking in order to obtain a sweet and sour sauce. The ageing process, which gives it a full and rich taste, makes this vinegar perfect with roast meat and grilled meat.
