This oil contains only olive oils which have undergone and olive oil refining process and oils which are directly derived from olives only. This oil is characterised by the balanced meeting of a very tasteful olive oil and extra virgin olive oil: it has, thus, a mild and delicate flavor. It fits perfectly any cooking and fry-ups.

The olive oil range is designed to satisfy customers that find the taste of extra virgin oil too strong and want a high-quality product with a lighter taste.

Obtained by blending quality refined oil, exclusively obtained through vaporization and without any chemical additives, with different percentages of the extra virgin in order to reach a different level of intensity.

Appreciated by restaurants that require a lighter oil, especially for fried fish and vegetables.
