Grissini are crunchy and elongated loaves of bread dough, whose origins are said to date back to the 1600s. Our recipe proposes this typical Turin bread made in a very particular way, that is by rolling up the dough of each loaf to make tasty twisted breadsticks . To their traditional and undisputed goodness we have decided to add sesame seeds, which will flavor the breadsticks, giving them a more decisive and savory taste.
