Yellow Label Borgo Condiment is the youngest of our condiments, obtained from red and white grapes grown in the Emilia-Romagna region. Once acidified, the grape must is then aged at length in oak barrels. The alter ego of the more famous Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, our Condiment is an exceptional product in its own right. It’s made with grape must from our region, to which a small but varying percentage of aged wine vinegar is added to obtain the different varieties of dressing with ageing. Although still young, Yellow Label Condiment is already aromatic, its fragrance fresh and pungent but at the same time with no aftertaste.
