POLLA - Olive Leccine - Italy 100% - bone off in oil - 300g

Selected Leccina or Moraiola quality olives are placed in 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil after the natural brine period (5-7 months). They have a bitter aftertaste, medium size and a natural green to dark brown color which can vary depending on the harvest period and the average temperatures of the year. Ideal in salads but they have an excellent performance in the kitchen, due to the slightly harder skin compared to other varieties.
