Taggiasca olives are designed for exigent customers that look for a premium Ligurian product 100% natural like you would do at home.
- Small-medium sized fruits with a natural violet-brown color, from plants at 200/600 meter above the sea level - Naturally preserved in extra virgin olive oil or brine (water, salt, aromatic herbs) - Olives remain in the brine for 5-7 months to eliminate the herbaceous taste. Then the best ones are covered with extra-virgin olive oil, after removal of the stones. - Recommended for aperitives and to give a twist to recipes.
