Our 16-month aged Prosciutto Crudo Nazionale is a celebration of Italian flavor and tradition. Crafted from carefully selected Italian pork legs and seasoned with just sea salt, it embodies the essence of simplicity, quality, and authenticity.

Free from preservatives or additives, our prosciutto is slowly cured in ideal conditions, allowing time to develop its delicate, naturally sweet aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The aging process of at least 16 months ensures a balanced, refined flavor that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes.

🔪 SLICING STANDARDS – COLD CUTS

To ensure the best possible tasting experience, we apply precise slicing thickness standards for each product:

THIN SLICES (1–2 MM):

• Bresaola: 1 mm

• Prosciutto Crudo: 1 mm

• Salame Milano: 1–1.5 mm

• Salame Napoli: 2 mm

• Mortadella: 1–2 mm

• Prague Ham: 1–2 mm

• Cooked Ham: 1–2 mm

• Speck: 1–2 mm

• Culatello: 1–2 mm

• Culaccia: 1–2 mm

THICKER SLICES (2–4 MM):

• Coppa: 2–3 mm

• Pancetta: 2–3 mm

• Capocollo: 2–3 mm

• Soppressata: 2–3 mm

• Porchetta: 2–3 mm

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS

PACKAGING & STORAGE

• Vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness

• Store refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C (32–39°F)

• Once opened, consume within 3–5 days
