REHEATING / COOKING

Option 1 – Stovetop:
Open the bag and pour the chicken and sauce into a pan. Reheat gently over low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is hot all the way through.

Option 2 – Water Bath:
Place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water (steaming, just below boiling) and heat for about 20 minutes. The water should be hot enough to keep the food safely above the danger zone — avoid using warm or lukewarm water. Once heated through, open the bag and serve immediately.

Food Safety Reminder:
Make sure the chicken is fully hot before serving. Do not let the food sit for too long at room temperature or in water that’s not hot enough, as this can lead to unsafe conditions. Reheat and enjoy right away.
