• Prosciutto Crudo: 1 mm

• Salame Milano: 1–1.5 mm

• Salame Napoli: 2 mm

• Mortadella: 1–2 mm

• Prague Ham: 1–2 mm

• Cooked Ham: 1–2 mm

• Speck: 1–2 mm

• Culatello: 1–2 mm

• Culaccia: 1–2 mm

THICKER SLICES (2–4 MM):

• Coppa: 2–3 mm

• Pancetta: 2–3 mm

• Capocollo: 2–3 mm

• Soppressata: 2–3 mm

• Porchetta: 2–3 mm
